Get on your game, it’s time for some new names
This video of my kids is called PUG INAUGURATION:
Emily, nice seeing another Rockies blogger on the front page of MLBlogs.com. Especially one that I read daily. That’s freggin AWESOME !
I love it when the folks on my sidebar get their due props.
It’s unfortunate that I can’t always be one of the first people to jump in on the topic of the day. By the time I get home from working (around 1ish), the topic of the day has been done many times over. It seems like you have to cover the topic of the day early to get your link on the front page.
No worries, I don’t need handouts. I like working my way to the top. You get more respect that way.
Beware of the guy who works 40 + hours a week and has children and a life. He’ll be the guy who bumps you out of the top spots. So I guess that means you better work harder.
I haven’t worked any harder and I’m creeping up on you, slowly but surely.
I’m not a writer and I don’t have a book to throw in anyone’s face. I don’t live on the east or west coast, I don’t support a team that made the playoffs last year. I live in a state where baseball is an afterthought. I don’t have a partner to write with and feed off of. It’s just me, my experiences and my twisted view of the world and the things that matter to me.
I’m just a guy with a funny hat and a great sense of humor who isn’t afraid to tell it like it is,…ever.
So to the blogger who has been blogging here half as long as me, and made the cover of MLBLogs seven times to my one..Look out,…change is coming.
It’s not a question of if I’ll surpass you, it’s only a matter of time. Don’t get me wrong, I love it here, they treat the Ranter good. But it’s time for a change at the top, and I’ll make sure of that…If I can quit smoking there isn’t a freggin thing in this world I can’t do.
Don’t mistake my competitiveness for anger, I f*cking hate when people do that :) Remember if your a writer then write, taking care of the pictures is for those of us who don’t know how to write. Remember it’s not your idea if you read it or saw it somewhere else.
Every time I write an entry I sit there with the little arrow over the publish button. It’s kind of like the “reply to all” email thing. I always hesitate because I wonder if people will get the jest of what I’m saying or if I’ll totally offend everyone and the Rant’s run will be over.
The bloggers listed on my sidebar are in my eyes “original” their blogs are interesting, different, and you can learn something if you read them. For the most part, I don’t read any other blogs, not because they’re not good, only because a person with a job, family and who blogs regularly only has so much time.
However, if you take the time to read my blog and leave a comment here with a link to your blog, you have my word I’ll take the time to read your’s also. No guarantees on me leaving a comment. But I think I have a plan for that, I read the blogs on my sidebar daily, but honestly sometimes I just don’t have anything bright to say.
So here’s what I’m going to do. If you see a comment that just has a “D” and an url…It’s me. It’s my way of saying, I read it, liked it, but I but don’t have much to say. Let me ask, is that rude? Or would you consider it polite? That way you know I stopped by and gave you some page hit luv??
Let me know, I’m playing around with this live blogging 2.0 thing..If you see it up, give it a try…Thanks reading the writings of a Rockies Ranter…D
